Privacy Policy

We have created this privacy policy to explain, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, which information we collect and how we use data.

Data Collection

Personal data is information that can be explicitly used to determine your identity. This includes information such as:

  • Your real name,
  • Email address

As a rule, no personal data is collected. When you visit our website, our web server (the computer on which this website is stored) automatically saves the following data:

  • Browser and browser version,
  • The operating system used
  • IP address of the device from which access is made (anonymized)
  • Name of your Internet service provider (hostname),
  • Address (URL) of the accessed web page,
  • Address (URL) of the previously visited page (referrer URL),
  • Date and duration of your visit.

These data are stored in files (web server log files). This information can be evaluated for statistical purposes to improve our website and service. They are not assignable to specific persons. A combination of this information with other data sources does not take place. As a rule, web server log files are archived for 7 days and then irreversibly deleted. We do not share this data.

Controller

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.). Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the legal notice of this website. If you have any questions or comments about the processing of your personal data, please contact Martin: martin@suedhang.org.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data that you electronically transmit to us on this website, such as name, email address, address or other personal details, will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing, billing purposes, or order data processing and you have previously given your consent. We use these data together with the time and IP address only for the purpose stated in each case, securely stored. Data protection requirements are observed.

Purpose of Use

We will only use the personal data you provide, e.g. from the contact form, so we know where to send the coffee you ordered or for other purposes for which you have given your consent, provided that there are no other legal obligations. Our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality and data secrecy. Personal data will not be sold to third parties. Disclosure to state institutions and authorities only occurs within the framework of mandatory legal provisions or if we are obliged to do so by court order.

Data Retention

We store personal data as long as necessary to provide a service you have requested or to which you have given your consent, unless there are legal obligations to the contrary. We use your personal data only to communicate with you if this is expressly desired and for the processing of services and products offered on this website.

Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to revoke your consent to the use of personal data at any time with effect for the future, in whole or in part.

Right to Lodge a Complaint

In case of violations of the GDPR, the affected persons have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint exists without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract processed automatically handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done as far as it is technically feasible.

Access, Blocking, Deletion and Correction

You have the right, within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, at any time to receive free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of these data. For this as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time using the address given in the legal notice.

Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of processing your personal data. You can contact us at any time using the address given in the legal notice. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to check this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data happened / is happening unlawfully, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need them to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you have lodged an objection according to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balancing of your and our interests must be carried out. As long as it is not yet determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data – apart from their storage – may only be processed with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

Children and Adolescents Under 18

We do not knowingly collect, process, or use personal data from minors.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorized access. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. However, we point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication via email) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

SSL Encryption

To protect the transmission of confidential content, such as a completed contact form, SSL encryption is used. This can be recognized by a lock symbol and the text "https" in the browser address line.

Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are sent from the web server to your computer and usually stored on your hard drive. They are not programs that can cause damage to the user’s PC. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Please refer to your browser's help function for more information. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Cookies that are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions desired by you (e.g., shopping cart function) are stored based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g., cookies to analyze your browsing behavior) are stored, they are treated separately in this privacy policy.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies." They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

Newsletter via Email

The website operator collects data when you register for the newsletter. The collected data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties. The following data are collected:

  • Your name and
  • Email address

For email dispatch, we require your "OK" via the double opt-in procedure. In this process, we first request your email address. You will then receive an email to confirm your subscription to the newsletter. You must confirm this subscription again by clicking. This makes the processing of your data lawful in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Simply send an informal email to info@suedhang.org or, if you have a customer account with us, revoke your consent in your account. We do not use newsletter software from third-party providers.

Links

This website contains links to websites of external operators. These were carefully checked before activation. However, it is not excluded that content changes have been made by the respective operators afterward. This privacy policy applies only to the website of our organization. We do not assume any liability for the content or the accuracy of the privacy policy of external websites. For information on the privacy policies of other providers, please check their websites or contact the respective provider.

Currentness of the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt the privacy policy at any time to current circumstances due to legal changes, further development of our website, or the implementation of new technologies. We therefore recommend that you read the privacy policy again from time to time.
