The following terms and conditions apply to orders placed through our webshop at https://www.suedhang.org.
We are SUEDHANG Kaffee GmbH, Jakobsgasse 4, 72070 Tübingen – in short: SUEDHANG.
Users can make a purchase on our webshop as follows: Selection of the desired goods, confirmation by clicking on the buttons “Add to shopping cart”, checking the details in the shopping cart, checking the selection in the shopping cart, entering personal data such as surname, first name, address and email address, confirming acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, selecting payment by credit card or Paypal and making the payment. This concludes a contract between the user and SUEDHANG.
We offer selected products as part of a limited-time subscription model. Customers can choose between a 6-month or 12-month term. The goods are shipped monthly within the selected term.
Payment is made once in advance for the entire term. This is not a continuous or automatically renewing subscription. At the end of the selected term, the subscription ends automatically without the need for cancellation. It is of course possible to reorder or renew the subscription at any time, but this requires a new booking by the customer.
The presentation of the goods in our internet shop does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Upon receipt of an order in our Internet shop, the following regulations shall apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our Internet shop.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). We thereby confirm the conclusion of the contract on our part.
The prices stated include the statutory value added tax and other price components. Shipping costs, if any, shall be added to this. Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will be made within 5 working days at the latest.
