AMBE
Uganda. Natural. Fruity, boozy and herbal all at once.
A complex natural with notes of lemongrass, nectarine and fresh lime zest. The anaerobic process adds a subtle boozy note and plenty of depth to the cup. Ambe is produced by smallholder farmers in Uganda’s West Nile region and processed at the Ambe Microstation. The SL14 and Bourbon varieties grow at 1,480 metres and are slowly dried on raised beds following a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation.
